Privacy notice

Effective September 7, 2026

Orvanori is an independent creative and digital business operated by its founder. This notice describes this website's early project-inquiry form.

What we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we store your name, email, optional business name or website, message and submission time. We also store a daily network-derived identifier to limit repeated submissions. Our hosting providers may process IP addresses, browser information and technical logs to deliver and protect the website.

How we use it

We use submissions to understand interest in our services, review projects, respond to you and prevent misuse. Sending a project inquiry does not sign you up for a marketing newsletter or place an order.

Where it goes

The website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting and inquiry storage. The site owner can review submissions through the hosting tools. We do not publish your inquiry or sell it. Providers may process information on our behalf, and information may be disclosed when legally required.

Cookies and tracking

We have not added advertising pixels, third-party analytics or browser-storage tracking to this website. Hosting and access-control services may use essential cookies or technical logs. This website does not implement a separate response to browser Do Not Track signals.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiries while evaluating a project, following up, or maintaining necessary business records, and review them for deletion when no longer needed. You can request access, correction or deletion by using the inquiry form with “Privacy request” in your message. We may need to verify your identity and retain information where required by law.

Updates

We may revise this notice as the business develops. Updates will appear here with a revised effective date.
